Susan's Mother, Ona Vee Sage, was an enormous advocate of furthering your education. She was unable to attend college herself, not because of a lack of desire, but because of her circumstances. She worked hard in her home and held several clerical jobs, but her family always knew that had she been able to do so, a college education would have been more than a dream for her. She never wavered in her determination that all six of her children, and especially her three daughters, get a college education. She stressed the importance of being able to support yourself and adding value to whatever you did. The Full Circle Scholarship is proud to offer a special Scholarship, the Ona Vee Sage Scholarship, to honor her. It will be given to a female student with a minimum 3.0 GPA. It will also be limited to the state of Montana because although she was born in North Dakota, she lived 64 years of her life there. The standard requirement of a Personal Statement, Extra Curricular Activities and Awards or Honors they have received also apply.
